Fido home internet technical support did not pick up calls all day today

I have been trying to connect with Fido home internet technical support all day today (September 7th) without success. It was either waiting for a long time then got disconnected or unable to even get through to anything. Live chat on their webpage is not working neither. Can someone please tell me what is going on? I have no internet at home.
