Hello! I got my modem from fido a week ago but the coax outlet in my house didn't work but the wifi was working, the modem just wasn't online because of the coax cable. So a technician came and wired the coax cable inside and checked it, the coax cable is fine now but the router is not working it doesn't show up on the network list and there are no lights blinking only the green power light is on. I also tried resetting the modem, nothing happened!
