My internet plan is coming up by end of Oct and Fido has automatic renew the discounted plan but didn't include the discount on the modem rental fee. Could you please help to adjust the discount on modem rental fee?
The modem rental fee is included in the total monthly fee of the plan but will be listed separately on your invoice for clarity. If you received a discount, it'll be applied on the total of the monthly fee of the plan which already includes the modem.
