Fido Internet down? (Miss)

  1. For the past week or two the Internet has been down and up. Basically disconnected... The blue @ symbol was not on. I can access the Fido router.

Can someone help? Very frustrating

I talked with tech on Monday and I was told that there is a upgrade or power disruption in my area and should be done yesterday.... Let see how it goes.

Have you tried rebooting your modem?

Have you contacted tech support as well?

Yes to reboot and I think it might be resolved because the Fido/Rogers outside fixing/upgrade/disruption has ended
