Fido Home Internet 5GHz issue

5GHz doesn't have access to the internet while 2.4ghz  still works. Its across multiple devices also.

Just to confirm, are all your devices unable to connect to the 5 GHz frequency of your Fido home internet modem? As you may already know, older devices might only be compatible with 2.4 GHz.

That being said, we'd be happy to take a closer look at this. Which Fido modem are you currently using and what is the Firmware version?
