When we connect directly to Ethernet ports on desktop running windows10.
Internet doesn't work. Modem was recently replaced it's that cube model from hitron coda-4582u
Tried to give ipV4 manually as well on the adapter.
Factor reset both computer and modem.
Modem has -3.5Db splitter to reduce signal amplitude.
On router home page , all links are active.
Can anyone help me with the issue, Fido chat support says it's computer issue.
