Hello,

My internet contract will end this Sept.23 and I've got an email my plan will be changed to another plan by contract renewal automatically. But, I'm out of Canada, so just want to end the contract on Sept.23 without renewal.

I spent my time to contact with you through LiveChat all day long but it failed.

Please help me to end the contract.
