It's really bad experience that I dropped internet more than 20times a day since 2days ago. I call technical support many times and they told me signal is good. They sent me a new modem but it doesn't work at all. The modem reboot by itself every 15mins. Finally I give up and have just swift back to Rogers. I work form work and my kids are learning online and the internet keep dropping. I am so upset about fido as I call technical support many times but no one can solve the issue.
We're sad to read that you experienced trouble with your home internet service. This shouldn't happen, but if it does, we'll do our absolute best to help resolve it in a timely manner.
Have you now cancelled the service since you moved to Rogers?
