I want to see detail of history bill. When I want to access the latest details, it is showing:

And indeed, I AM primary account holder, there is no other holder.
Are you guys able to help me? I am staying abroad for next week and I need to access those details asap, the best would be to access it online.

From what you're describing, it's possible that when the initial registration to fido.ca was completed, you registered as a subscriber instead of the account holder. We would simply need to remove your profile and allow you to re-register to the website as the account holder.
