Changing ownership of Fido internet account

Hello,

I have a Fido account under my name for the internet of a place that I have moved out from as of now. I would like to retain the account but change the ownership of the internet portion to someone who is living there. It is a student plan but as far as I know the person I'd like to replace me as account owner is also eligible for a student plan.

How would I be able to do this?
