good day,
l need my internet to be connected to my new address.
l mentioned earlier that i left my old address 2months ago and yet they are compiling bills for each month without usage.
kindly revisit and advise accordingly.

Hi @ogundarea80,
When moving to a new address you need to give Fido advanced notice of your move to make sure your service will be active right away in your new place. You can call them at 1-844 803-7756 and they will sort out all the details for you.
If you did not let them know you moved so they can activate service at the new address and your internet is still active you will be charged regardless if you did not use it.
