Cannot see my linked internet account with mobile account

I have a mobile account and log into it using an email address. I also have an internet account and I don't seem to see it at all when I log in my account using my email address. Is there something I'm missing here? I got a text message saying I'm getting billed but I can't see the internet account in my account overview at all.

Hey @Azndragonx

 

Have you registered your internet account using your internet account number?

 

Once you're registered for both services individually, you should be able to have access to both accounts!
