Hi,
I would like to cancel my FIDO home internet and the next billing cycle is Oct 15th
If I request to cancel it now, can I cancel it effective immediately and get a refund for the half-month that I am not using.

We'll be sad to see you go. You can, of course, cancel the service anytime. If this is done mid-cycle, you'll receive a credit for the unused portion on your final bill. To go through with this, you can contact us here or request a PM from the community.
