Can't access wired ethernet devices

I've been using the same modem for over a year without many issues.  Two days ago I lost the ability to access wired devices connected directly to the AP.  This ia absolutely critical for me as I watch movies and backup files using a NAS connected directly to the modem.

 

What happened?  I did not sign up for any firmware trial and have not recently downloaded any firmware upgrades.

Addendum:  I can't access any device over LAN, either wired or WiFi.  I have reset the modem and power cycled everything on the network.

If you've already tried to restart the modem, I suggest you contact our technical support line, so they can run some tests. You can reach them here.
