Trying to get hooked up as a new customer. Spent over an hour and a half on hold last night to get a support agent only to find out there was nothing they could do since there is a known firmware issue with the CGN3AMF right now. So could I get an update on that issue? My modem is still sitting with a flashing @ this morning.
The service from my old provider ends today so if I can't get resolution today I might need to give up switching to Fido.
