I cancelled my home internet with Fido effective immediately last week. The rep who processed the cancellation said that I would get an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and final bill from Fido within 24-48 hours. I checked my inbox and junk mail every day since then, but did not receive any e-mail from Fido confirming my cancellation.
Can a moderator help me with this?

We'd need to check you account to confirm that. You can contact us here for that or request a PM from the community for assistance. That said, your final invoice will always come out the same time your previous invoices did, dictated by your account's billing cycle.
