Bad service

I’ve been experiencing issues with my Fido home Internet for the past 3 days, swapped two modems, 

Called today (not the first time) and was told tech will come out (not really) when in the system it says tomorrow app (but who cares that I was told today right?) the supervisor kept repeating "the appointment is set for tomorrow" ignoring the fact I was told someone is coming today and like a broken record keep repeating appointment is set for tomorrow.

apparently there's a difference between what customers actually been told over the phone and what actually typed into the system but hey you gave me a case number right?


Bad service, so disappointed and no one cares.
