Why is it so hard to speak to someone in technical support?

Your push button tone selections work right up until "press 2 to speak to a live person" and then ignores the action. Going around in circles between your app and website. Having intermittent connection issue with my internet which is affecting my ability to work. I should have stayed with Rogers.

I did not try chat because I'm usually directed to call in anyway.
