I am trying to follow up on a ticket and it's not working. They refuse to send me to a manager nor let me escalate the problem?! What is up with fido?!

I requested to and he just kept saying nothing and just stalling my time to wait for me to say just transfer me. My account is still not set up properly and I am without internet service for 1 week and I work from home. Fido going to pay for my lost wages?

Welcome to the Fido community!

 

That is very strange that customer service would not transfer you to a manager, I can only suggest you try again and insist on speaking with a manager.
