I was told that I will receive an email that i can registe for the 150 gift card, but I have not received any email

The same thing has happened to me. I got my home internet on the BlackFriday and I was told that after 1 month, I would get a $150 gift card. It is now more than two months and I have not heard back from Fido. Please advise what should I do.

When did you sign up for the service?

It may take up to 2 weeks for eligible customer to receive their registration email for the gift card.

Don't forget to also check your junk/spam folder!
