$150 amazon card and billing issue

Hello,

 

I have had Fido home internet 150 for over 6 weeks now. I have never received an email regarding the promotion and nothing in my junk mail as well. Also there is something wrong with my billing as first bill was $55 then second was $123. Can someone please help me, awful experience...
