Hi there,

 

I signed up my internet in November but i haven't received any registration email. I've already checked my spam folder and also whitelisted the email address that i was told to.

I signed up for internet in September and still haven't received my gift card and keep getting told it will take 10 days which has passed again and so much for an "exepedited" request.\
