Hi there,

I purchased an internet plan mid august and was told id recieve an amazon gift card. I was just wondering when i recieve this? its been about 4 or 5 weeks since i installed my internet and i havent gotten any emails

Welcome to the community

The email containing the instructions to register for your gift card is sent up to 6 weeks after the installation. Make sure to also check your Junk mail folder in case the email got directed there.

To be eligible for the gift card you must have installed the service within 30 days of the order date and your service must remain active for 30 days to be eligible for gift card.

If you still don't have the registration email after 6 weeks, contact us and we’ll investigate the status of the email.
