Thank you for your generous help to Irannian community to make easier for them to stay connected to their families. As we are approaching October 17th and the Internet connectivity in Iran is the same if not the worse as the last three weeks, I (and on belaf of many Irannian friends) was wondering if you can extend the free free long distance calls to Iran for some more time?
Please extend the free call to Iran. People in Iran still do'nt have access to the internet. We're going to be worried about our families and beloved ones.

As the internet connection in Iran still has major distruptions and is completely shut down in some regions, we would really appreciate it if you could continue your support for your Iranian-Canadian customers by helping them stay connected to their loved ones during these unprecedented times.

Thank you so much for consideration and support during this difficult period. It's been really helpful to connect to families now that the internet is heavily constrained by Iran. However, the situation is getting even worse and they are putting more limitations and internet is literally shut down Iran. With that being said, I was wondering if you could extend your offer for another couple of weeks? thanks

We appretiate your kindness but since there is still almost a complete Internet sutdown in Iran, our request is to extend the free call for a bit longer time (even by putting a free time limit per day). So I was wondering if you can still follow up on our request and see if you can extend it for more time.
If it is not possible to extend your free service to ran but you can give us a very good rate to be able to connect with our loved ones in Iran till we can have another way of communication.
