Resolved! Fido app now requires complete login to open

I assume that the Fido app was updated? It's so inconvenient to have to enter my username and password every time I want to open the app. I have uninstalled a couple of times and no improvement. This is happening with both phones. Please fix this! So...

Resolved! 5 extra hours not working this month

On the 4th of May my 5 sessions became available again but each time I try to use them I get an error message:  "We've hit a snag, try again later".   I have reset the phone (Google Pixel 3).  Any other suggestions?
