Hi

when I connect to my Fido account, I am getting the error above. Uninstall the app reboot the iPhone reinstall the app didn't work.

this is happening since 4 weeks now.

when I connect with my computer to Fido, I also have a problem, The service is unavailable we are working hard to fix it.

 

anyone else facing these issues ?
