I have to keep signing into my account

Hi everyone, not sure if this is for anyone else but I feel like I have to keep signing into my account at least a couple of times a month. It used to be that once I had signed in I could just tap the app and it opened. Not sure why all of a sudden over the last couple of months this has happened, sometimes, I tap the app and it opens, and other times it asks me to sign in. Thanks so much for your help!

You have two ways of accessing your line you can log in with your username or password and that gets you in on an account level or you can sign in as a guest and enter your mobile number and a code will be sent to you and you will have access to usage and all the fido extras. I've noticed when you log in with the username and password it would log you out periodically I assume this is a security thing.
