App does not work anymore

Using the android app on a Samsung A12 - it does not work anymore to allow me to log on.  Have deleted and re-installed, but the sign on page simply takes me to the fido webpage.  I have other lines on the same account, other users report the same issue.

 

I would be grateful if you could assist with this matter on this thread: I do not use Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and do not have accounts on those platforms, so cannot contact you on them.

The app will indeed redirect you to our website in order to sign in, you will then be brought back to the app after having successfully signed in. 

 

Are you having issues once getting to the website? If so, then please get in touch with our customer service through any of the channels here
