fido app - log in doesn`t work

I am trying to log in to the app to check my data use and I am not even able to access the app. I write my password and the screen disappears. I have been having this problem for 3 weeks.

I tried to reinstall the app, but it did work as well..😣

 

Any advice?😉

Hello @FerFrota,

 

The app allows me to log in, try signing in as a guest it will ask you to enter your phone number then you should receive a verification code to enter. 

 

You will be able to see everything except your billing details which you will have to log in to see that part.
