I was trying to get an authorization code on the fido app. When I entered my phone number the message read: " account info not available. Same goes logging in. I can login, however, on the company site. I have tried deleting the app and then reboot and reinstalling on several occasions to no avail

When you log in on fido.ca directly, do you normally log in with your phone number or your email address as the user name?
