Hey Fido team,
I just wanted to let you guys know that there is a slight bug with the Fido application. When you go to click on a subject in the support section, it brings you to the subject on the row above instead. E.g. Speed Test opens up Network Aid. Contact us opens up Speed Test and so forth.

What version of the app are you using and on which platform (Android or iOS) ?
I just tested this on iOS 10.3 and app version v3.2 and the links on support page are working correctly.
Did you try restarting your device and/or updating or reinstalling the app?

I noticed the new Fido Xtras feature in the update (cool stuff :)) but this feature doesn't show up in my 2nd line's Fido app. Is it only accessible on the main accounts # ?

The feature is available to all mobile postpaid numbers
That being said we're still rolling out the feature for some version of the app. If it's not there now it should appear very soon.
