Hello Fido Community,
When I try to check my data usage via My Account on the mobile app, I can't see it anywhere. It displays the button for "1 extra hour of data" and text "Changes to your plan have been maden recently and usage information won't be available untill your next billing cycle" even though I've never chaged the plan before. Could you solve this problem?

Welcome to the Community
If there was a change made whether to the plan or the add-ons during the cycle, usage becomes unavailable. The usage will become available when your next cycle kicks in.
It's not possible to make the usage available if there was a change made at this time.
