Hi I just downloaded the Fido app for my phone and it is asking for my phone # to send me a code. I enter in my # and it says "Account Info Not Available". I've checked the other board messages with this issue but did not see a solution.
I am using my email to log in to browsers.

I found this can be solved by just turn off the wifi and using the Fido network. Redo that then the fido app could get your account infomation. After authorized, the fido app could work when connecting wifi or fido network.
