Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G / Bell 4000 modem @ 15 Mbps and did the set up for wifi calling. I had trouble getting it to accept my 911 address and now all it says is 'reqesting service...' in the background? tks

I won a Walmart gift card thru a contest last fall. I spent the $5 back then but the card is still showing in Perks? Not a big deal just a minor annoyance as I can't see how to remove it. Thanks.
