Hi Team I have activated a Fido Prepaid SIM with your online service. Seletced the number successfully - ###-###-#### But i cant receive any incoming calls . Please advise ***Edited to add labels***

No it didn't resolve the issue , I ported out to chatr....

I tried restarting the phone no luck, it says customer you are calling unavailable at the moment. Please advice
