switched from Rogers to Fido and Wifi calling does not work

switched from Rogers to Fido and Wifi calling does not work, I provided my IMEI when they transfered our number over. Feature worked fine with Rogers on a IPhone XR so don't hit me with fido approve devices line. It will work if you add my IMEI to the white list for the Fido service. Can someone kindly PM me I'm quite dissapointed in this so far.

You can find the instrucstions to set up the Wi Fi calling here.

Your compatible device must have been purchased from Fido. If you have a non-Fido device and no conflicting services, Wi-Fi Calling may work, but we can’t assure that the feature will work properly.
