stolen phone at honeymoon vacation

hello,

My phone was stolen on the way to my honeymoon destination. 

It was iphone 6s with Fido. I have logged in to the fido and locked the phone the first thing. 

What are the other steps that I should do when this happened?

My phone has the 'find my iphone' app. But it was in Ariplane mode. 

Has no signal because I chose not to use roaming. 

Not a great start for my honey moon vacation for sure. 

please help , I have no idea what to do and what to be aware of....

I'm sad to read of what happened to your phone. I really hope that the rest of your honeymoon will be awesome!

Blocking the phone was the first and most important step to make sure that no one uses your services. When blocking your number, here's what you need to know:

• You won't be able to make/receive calls;
• You won't be able to receive emails/text messages;
• You won't be able to access data/roaming services;
• Monthly fees are still applicable.
