searching for fido network

Hello,

Im having issues with my iphone. My phone has been searching for the fido network all morning and i cannot make or receive calls. I have no home phone and i am stuck with no telephone right now. I dont know what it  could be . Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone!

Although this thread is quite old, I'd like to update it since I came across it. If your phone is unable to connect to any network, first thing to try is to manually search for the network. Within the phone menu you will need to switch the network selection from automatic to manual and then select our network when the phone finds it. If this doesn’t work, then try to reset the network settings of the phone or do a master reset (some devices won’t offer to reset network settings.) If after all this the issue is still ongoing please contact us via Facebook or Twitter or by clicking here.
