ready to pick up mail

I applied to upgrade my device yesterday and received an email saying: 

"Please wait for the ‘Ready For Pickup' email we'll be sending you before visiting a store. You will have three days to pick up your order once you receive that email." 

I am wondering approximately when I will receive my device. 

However, my monthly plans were already updated and I received an email about that, except for that "Ready to Pickup" email.

We do not have an exact ETA to provide. When the phone is ready, the store will email you. It all depends on their inventory. You can call them to have more information about it.
