"Call cannot be completed as dialed" message Fido Home Phone

This just started last week. Landline callers get a message saying "Call cannot be completed as dialed". If you call from a cellphone to the number there are no problems. You can even make outgoing calls. All lights that should be on are, phone was reset by Fido support, all equipment reset. Please don't suggest to unplug and replug or reset......outgoing calls can be made.

Why do you not want Fido to suggest you unplug the modem? Did you tried it already?

Thanks for reaching out.

You might simply need to do a quick reset of the modem.

 

I do know that you don't want us to suggest to unplug your modem. But you have you tried as well to remove and put back in the sim card?
