How can i retrieve my pic online if i can't get it on the phone?

Good morning techand!

If your phone is not MMS-compatible you’ll get a text message with a password that will direct you to Fido.ca in order to see the message you received.

FidoJenny you an also mention if it IS mms compatible, but has incorrect settings the your suggestion also applies

I'm not sure I clearly got what you mentioned. I wrote "is not compatible" but yes, you are right.
