payment is Not working on smart phone?

always fill the credit card number and code automatically with phone number and some number I do not know. when I input my own right number,it always said some number is wrong or missing. this happens in several months . please IT check it.or tell us what is wrong with it.

Could you please clarify the nature of the issue?

Is it that you are trying to make a payment and your browser had your information saved but if you try to input them manually, it doesn't work?

Are you a monthly or a prepaid customer?

Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies, refresh the page and use a different browser?
