no confirmation email after adding a line

I added a new line to my subscription but didn't receive an email confirmation. I am not sure if the new line was successfully added or not. I don't see any information in my online account. I mean, it's 2020.. why there is no confirmation email?

Did you check your junk folder to see if the email went there?
