If you got a new line then the SIM card should already be activated, if you just want to change the SIM card for an existing line then you can follow this guide here.

How can you order a new replacement sim card from the website, I still have my current sim card but want to order a new one for 5G support

Hey @SunnyGhat,

It's not possible to order a standalone SIM card on the site at the moment. You can only purchase it in a Fido store or we can place the order for you and send it by mail.
