I'd like to use Android phones, so any model with dual sim feature works for me.

Hello Dsyc,
Welcome to the community!
As far as I am aware, I do not believe any of the Canadian (or North American) versions of those phones have dual-SIM capability. Generally, the versions with dual-SIM functionalilty are the global versions or specifically designated Dual-SIM.
Are you familiar with how dual-SIM phones work? Most dual-SIM devices these days are dual-standby and allow 3G/4G capabilities on each SIM. However, the secondary SIM is usually restricted to voice and SMS (no data). In addition, with some of the phones, the secondary SIM is restricted to 2G (GSM). That could be an issue with how you intended to use the functionality. Fido/Rogers are the only nationwide providers of GSM in Canada. Furthermore, it seems likely that Rogers will eventually decomission the 2G network sometime in the future.
Hope this helps
Cheers
