need help to unlock my phone

I have this phone on this line xxx-xxx-xxxx.

and I check the phone its locked so can you guys unlocked right away as you know by Canada crt law  our phones

need to be unlocked.

i did bought this phone from fido you cannot do it here somebody just told me you can send me the code by email to me

For Android phones, we provide you the code when you contact us, it's not sent by e-mail!

In terms of iPhones, we unlock the phone then you just have to restore the device. There's no code involved.
