iphone 4 problem

I AM WITH FIDO AND USING THE IPHONE 4. FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS I FACE PROBLEMS WITH THE REGULAR RECEPTION OF PHONE CALLS AS WELL AS THE INTERNET CONNECTIVITY TOO.

THIS IPHONE 4 HAS VERSION 5.0(9A334) AND MODEM FIRMWARE 4.11.08
