New Motorola Razr bought today not picking up any signal HELP

Just bought hubby a Motorola Razr today. Got it all set up with data plan, etc.

Worked fine when he left Sarnia but now hes in Missisauga working for the week and phone is saying "emergency calls only"

Have you tried rebooting the phone?

I also suggest that you ensure the SIM card is properly inserted.
