iPhone XR - what comes with the phone?

I've just ordered an iPhone XR.  Any idea what this comes with?  Do I have to buy my own charger and headphones?

• EarPods with Lightning Connector
• Lightning to USB Cable
• USB Power Adapter
• Documentation

Fido should also send you a new SIM card should you need to change yours.
