I have been looking at current plans and pricing but there is no reference any more to iPhone Visual Voicemail. Does it still exist and what does it cost to add to a plan?

  You can find more details regarding the iPhone Visual Voicemail Plus here. 

  I believe it is still available, however, I'm not sure if it is available as part of a value pack anymore. FidoAmandaN suggested it was a part of an older value pack that is no longer offered (see here).
